Our measurement equipment delivers accuracy to 0.002 mm and meets rigorous standards. Each mold adheres to Japanese specifications, with burrs controlled to less than 0.02 mm.

Using precision molds and high-quality raw materials, we manage every stage of production with care. Through semi-automatic processes and complete final inspection, we continuously improve to guarantee reliable performance.

All products are manufactured in Taiwan, from small O-ring backup rings to large components, ensuring consistent quality. We employ all-electric injection molding machines from Japan and Taiwan, enabling precise control of production conditions. Robotic arms support semi-automatic molding, trimming, and measurement, enhancing stability and efficiency.

We operate four specialized production lines:

Certified to ISO 9001:2015, we utilize advanced testing equipment including FTIR, TGA, and optical inspection systems. These tools ensure consistent quality, refine product performance, and identify potential defects early to maintain the highest standards.

We have developed a dedicated testing platform for oil seal lifespan evaluation. By applying standardized conditions and test durations, we validate durability, analyze failure modes, and ensure reliable performance in real-world applications.
